This kit contains everything you need to embroider the Goldwork Pomegranate as shown in the photos, with a beautiful selection of goldwork metals, red purls and faceted beads.
Designed as an introduction to goldwork embroidery, the Pomegranate is ideal for beginners, while still intricate enough to be enjoyable for more experienced embroiderers.

The kit includes the 100% cotton calico/muslin used for the Pomegranate shown in the photos. If you prefer to work your Pomegranate on a different fabric, the supplied calico/muslin can instead be used as backing fabric.

Apart from what’s included in the kit, you will need:
- 8-inch embroidery hoop
- Stand or clamp for two-handed embroidery
- Goldwork embroidery scissors
- Embroidery scissors
- A velvet board or soft surface for cutting the metals
- Heat-erasable fabric pen, such as PILOT FriXion, or a pencil
- Tweezers (optional)
🎄 The Goldwork Pomegranate FREE Workshop
The Pomegranate was created especially for my Christmas collaboration with Ecclesiastical Sewing, and I’ll be teaching the complete project in a FREE live online workshop on Saturday 5 December, from 7–9pm GMT (UK time).
The class will be taught live via Zoom. You do need to sign up separately for the free workshop to receive the Zoom link and class information.
Everyone who signs up will also receive the workshop recording afterwards, whether you attend live or not, and the recording will not expire.
